Retired from AT &  T

An invaluable friend with great insight  who helped get KidsEat! off the ground.

With the help of  Kathy Briggs,  RN & School District Nurse (retired) and Dan Canary, U of U Professor,   we have put a number on the at-risk kids in the Salt Lake Valley. Using the statistics provided by the these schools Districts,  Jordan, Granite, Canyons, Salt Lake, & Murray, there are 55,055 children that receive a free lunch every day during school hours.   Easily half of these children might benefit from a weekend food program. We will pursue this in 2017.
